Avatar item wrongfully owner + items missing

So for the wrongfully owned item, for a while now i've had the halo reach beta shirt unlocked even though I never played in the beta. I like the way it looks and i would wear it but tbh, i'm kinda scared to. Now i want to clarify, I DID NOT mod this unlocked
in any way or I obviously wouldn't be seeking help about it. Should I be scared to wear this shirt or can i get it taken away so i don't get in trouble over the mishap? And for the items i'm missing, i'm missing all of the noble team helmets in the avatar
hat section that i remember unlocking many years ago.

PS: I did some research into the beta shirt and in like 2014 ppl were having issues with that shirt disappearing from their unlocks. Idk about anyone getting it randomly but I have had it sitting in my Style section in avatars for a while.

Avatar items missing.

Recently, I changed the outfit on my avatar. When I wanted to change back to a skull candy hoody I purchased, it no longer shows available. Nor is it in the marketplace at all in the skull candy store.

Anyone know where I am to find my purchased items when they do not show in my account? I would like to hope this is a glitch of sorts, and I will be seeing them once more, seeing as I foolishly paid money for them.

Update: I think actually I was able to claim this with my nameplate and flames on the old bungie site like 5 years ago so maybe that's it because I remember doing that from my phone..

For the beta shirt, if it's in your avatar items and you didn't obtain it fraudulently, it's totally fine to use. Sounds like you unlocked it somehow and didn't realise or forgot. No biggie!

Now, regarding the Kat, Jorge, Emile, Carter, and Jun helmets. Those are Avatar Awards and are unlocked by accomplishing specific feats in Halo Reach itself:

Carter: Unlocked by completing a campaign mission on Legendary without dying

Emile: Earn a Bulltrue medal in multiplayer or firefight matchmaking

Jorge: Earn a Killtacular medal in multiplayer matchmaking

Jun: Kill 100 enemies in a row without dying in campaign or firefight

Kat: Avenge a teammate's death in multiplayer matchmaking

If those aren't reflected in your avatar editor or console, it is possible that the account you are posting them from did not earn the awards and another account on your Xbox 360 did. The quickest way to test that would be to try earning one of the awards
again.

One word: Trademark.

Whether it's a movie, TV show, music artist, whatever, it's the owners of those products that decide whether or not their product is used on an Avatar item. Microsoft can't make an Avatar item without their permission.

Downloaded items on the old console won't be removed, but anyone other than the original purchasing owner will loose permission to use them (not really an issue for avatar items).

Judge

I have seen a few people experience this issue over the past couple days, specifically regarding avatar items gained through game unlocks. As said though, if the issue is regarding items you paid for you can always re-download them through the History
