    Same here ... no chance to change the gamerpic. Very weird that this problem exists for more than 8 months... :-|

    Same problem for me. And I also use "stock" clothes for my avatar.

    Also, as ^ was my first post, I notice that the profile pic on my "card" is the one I've made with Xbox 360. When I use Xbox One and xbox.com website, I see a different pic, and I can't change that (via Xbox One or website).

    it keeps telling me I have to install silverlight to change my avatar (360) but it still wont work even though i have the software installed

    Still not working. I'm just trying to wear the Darth Vader helmet and my St. Louis Blues hockey jersey...everything else is standard clothing.

    I'm not sure if we're talking about the same thing. My picture to the left of this message here is wrong. It's a really old pic from when I owned a 360, I now own a Xbox One.

    Does anybody's card to the left match their Xbox One avatar?

    Avatar Gamer picture won't change and save

    So can anyone tell me how to edit my gamer card (the picture to the left of this message). It was originally created on a 360 many years ago. I now have a Xbox One and can't figure out how to change it. My Xbox itself and the little pic up the to right
    of the page here is of my avatar.

    Hey, steve23094! All the gamercard info is set to the 360, and if you would like to change it here on the forums, you will need to change it on an Xbox 360. Sorry for any confusion surrounding this!

    Hello, on my enforcement.xbox.com/home page my picture shows a redheaded male. I have updated the picture (avatar) of me which is a the complete opposite. On my xbox one console and
    account.xbox.com/.../Profile page the picture is changed but on my enforcement page it wont. Please help. Ps I am on xbox one only no 360.

    Hey, Brigadier 011! This is not the same situation. This thread was for those whose pictures didn't change on the website and console. Enforcement are the only ones that control their page. I suggest posting up on the

    Feedback site     to have Enforcement's site to update profile pictures.

    Since this has long been resolved, and to avoid any further confusion, if users need further assistance with this, please post up a new thread so that the community can assist there. Thanks for understanding!

    Changing my gamerpic

    I just went through the same process with my original avatar and it saved that picture, but it won't save a picture with the new avatar.

    How do I change my avatar on a mac in Firefox or Safari?

    I'm having a similar problem, I cannot use the avatar editor and cannot change my gamer picture (I can still change my gamer pics, but cannot take/save a pic of my avatar. I can only use the generic pictures provided already). I've download/re-installed
    silver light but the problem still persists.

    Hey LicFU,

    Currently, the Gamer Picture used by the Xbox Rewards site is actually the Avatar Gamer Picture not your Xbox Gamer Picture.

    If you want to change that picture you can do so through the Avatar Menu on your console using the Gamer Picture menu or you can change it on your console using the
    Avatar Editor.

    Hello again,

    I double checked with the ambassador folks and the site only supports avatar pictures not gamer pics. You'll need to take a new avatar pic, changing your gamer pic won't do anything.

    In regards to your badge, I'll bubble that up and we'll look into getting that updated for you.
