Avatar Gamer picture won't change and save

Anytime I try to swap profile picture from the available choices to my avatar pic, it gives me error cossde 0x84f0000 which pops up as an invalid code on the search. This feels very broken

 

This is extremely Annoying. I just bought things 2 nights ago and can't change my picture at all -__-

 

Hey everyone. I posted on this thread a few days ago, as I've been having this problem too. I just tried to set my updated avatar as a gamerpic again, and it worked! I'm using custom clothing too. Might want to give it another try today if you haven't already.

Hey guys! I see a couple of you noticed, but we believe this to be resolved now! Thanks so much for everyone's patience while we looked into this! You will want to try your Avatar items through the Xbox One and see if your image updates.

If it doesn't, please take another image and try again. I have found that seems to be working for most people!

If THAT doesn't work, then please post back the specific item you are having troubles with so that we can look into this further. I'm going to verify this since this is a few pages long. It will put me up as the second post on each page so that users can
see what we are looking for if this still doesn't work for you guys. :3

 

I'm also still having trouble with the avatar gamer picture.

It's been like almost a month now.

On xbox.com it also doesn't show the correct avatar but the one I had in the past.

Microsoft, please fix these problems.

It's the end of August and I'm having this problem as well... Even though I set up an avatar the avatar seen on the site is still the blank one, yet when I tried editing the Avatar, the recently edited one appeared... wow.

 

It's October, and I'm having this issue as well. No special items involved. Just trying to change my hair, and outfit, and gamerpic. Everything says it's saved and changed, but doesn't show up on the profile. When I go to make the change again, it's the
new avatar. So the change is being saved, just not reflecting on my profile. Also, I'm making these changes via a computer. Not a console or mobile device.

 

Raver Chick also not working... Paid for that $hit too. Seems like all the paid for ones don't work!

 

Lol so it seems my raver chic works on here and on my activity feed but my profile is still my old one

I know this is an old thread, but I am having the same problem I've changed my clothes on my avatar, but my gamer pic, nor my avatar as pic will show up :-( helparge please

 

Thank you for reviewing this post and unfortunately, from my perspective this issue is absolutely not resolved.

My current Gamerpic is set from my avatar. However, yesterday I made a number of purchases from the avatar store with the intent of changing this pic. Whilst the 'edit avatar' functionality appears intact, the 'Take a Phota'-> Capture -> Save as Gamerpic
process does not function for me at all despite the response to Save Gamerpic being 'Success! Your gamerpic's been saved.' This is the case whether my avatar is dressed in default clothing or that which I've purchased.

As I say, my experience is that this feature is broken and not resolved. If it can't be resolved, then I would like to pursue a refund for the avatar clothing items I've purchased that can't be applied to my Gamerpic.
