    Can somebody help me figure out where my avatar came from?

    I meant gamer pic not avatar...

    Gamer pic does not sync with xbox.com? Here is a FIX!

    Did you change your gamer pic on the Xbox 360 and login to xbox.com to find it is not the same gamer pic?

    I was told by Xbox Support to delete the Profile Only (NOTE: Profile Only) and redownload the profile.

    I did that tried to change the gamer pic still would not change on xbox.com

    What did work is to create a avatar gamer pic and save it.

    Now change both gamer pics to that avatar gamer pic (it should be right next to the gamer pic that is already selected as the gamer pic)

    Next login back into xbox.com and you should see that avatar pic.

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue. What I would first suggest is to follow the steps with in the support article on

    how to customize your Xbox One gamerpic     that soccerp1ay3r linked in his post above. If that isn't do the trick for you, I would then suggest to create a new thread detailing what you're experiencing and list out any troubleshooting steps
    you may have already tried, as well as, any error messages you may be receiving. This way you will have the opportunity to receive support catered specifically to you from our community. Thanks in advance!

    Achievements as gamer pics = no profit from gamer pics and avatar stuff from the marketplace.

    Is it against the Rules to change your profile picture on the computor?

    It doesn't work for your gamer picture that way though, you can upload off a camera or such and make your own theme, but gamer pics are limited to what you can purchase from the marketplace, or the custom avatar one in your avatar editor. It's not just likely,
    tampering with the pic will result in a ban.
