Avatar Famestar Credits Disappearing AFTER Reset Time

This is my THIRD time requesting assistance and the issue just occurred AGAIN. I just lost almost 2000 points, was only 350 points away from achieving the required points and had two challenges left that would have met that goal exactly.

Here is my original message that has yet to be addressed:

I own Full House Poker and World of Keflings. I purchased the second game to achieve Megastar Star status and it worked for two weeks in a row without any problems, but for FOUR weeks in a row now my credits have zeroed out AFTER the reset time while playing
Full House Poker. I get a message stating that I did not reach Megastar status this week even though the challenge screens in both games state that I have 6 days to reach the goal. I have lost between 300 and 1250 points each time this has happened.

In addition, I have had trouble with the points registering in Full House Poker ever since I have owned the game. Specifically, fame points do not appear until I actually play a hand, either with real players or house players. When I play World of Keflings,
the points show on the bar graph as soon as I open the game. This leads me to believe that the problem may lie with the Full House Poker game.

Also please be advised that yesterday I contacted support by telephone and the support agent talked me through clearing my cache and reloading my profile. Even though the game received an update, as note above, those two methods did not resolve the problem
with the game and my disappearing points.

I thought that maybe posting here would get me an answer quicker.

Please be advised that the counter "fixed itself" just after I posted this thread. I have also manage to achieve Mega Star status once again. I have no idea how it happened. l did nothing except keep playing and all of a sudden my points were back. This
leads me to believe that there is definitely a glitch in my game. If you have any information that may be of use to me, please let me know. Otherwise, I will continue playing the games as usual and let you know if anything goes awry again. Thank you!

yeah, it does reset. After you reach the 2nd to last rank, the game tells you about reaching megastart as a personal challenge and how you can try to maintain the status by earning famestar points every week to reclaim mega star status.
