Avatar Editor Trouble

First time using the forums, didn't see an "Add New Post" option in the support forum, so I'm posting this here.

I often change the appearance and gender of my avatar, and at one point, my avatar was female for nearly a year. When I try to change my avatar to Male, it starts the update thing, with the clothes going into the closet, but it never finishes, it never even
goes higher than maybe a 10th of the way. It just stops. I've even left it on for a full day, and it didn't do anything. When the Avatar Editor updates normally, it barely lasts a few seconds, but when I try to change to Male, the 'update' just doesn't happen,
so I can't change to Male because I can't update.

Help me?

Trouble Accessing Avatar Editor

I've recently unlocked a gamerpic (just in case you need to know, the game I unlocked it on was Minecraft), and when I try to enter the avatar editor to apply the gamerpic, the editor automatically signs me out, and it says on the screen 'The player signed
out. The avatar editor will now exit.'



Could you please help?

Hi, are you using the avatar editor on the Xbox? If so I would recommend trying it on the website editor here:

live.xbox.com/.../AvatarEditor

 

I am not sure if you can change gender once your account is created, i may be wrong as i have never tried.

Why the need for such changes anyway ???

What are you doing that requires trying to fool others ???

BTY, use the same tab in support... you know, the one you used to start a topic here, works the same in support.

I didn't use a tab, I clicked the big green "New Topic" button. There was no 'tab'.
