Avatar editor not working

I can't seem to edit my existing avatar. I have 2 profiles on my console. I have a pass code for my profile and it signs me out after every time I change apps or games. Also signs me out as I enter avatar editor now while it didn't before. Don't know why,
any ideas? The only thing I'm thinking to do is delete the other profile and redownload later but wish i didn't have to do that.

Pinball FX2 Avatar Award - Robes not working

Currently, the 10,000 Wizard Score Avatar Reward is not working in the Avatar editor. The image of the reward in the editor only displays a "!". I have cleared the cache several times and re-downloaded the item with no success. Also, any time I do go
into the Avatar editor, it has to update looks, no matter what.

Whenever I go to edit my avatar and pick anything in the style or customize selection, a pop-up co.es up and says We can't show this page right now Try again in a little while. Sometimes it let's me edit my avatar but most of the time this keeps popping
up and I can't edit my avatar. Also, I was wondering that when you save your avatar, isn't there supposed to be music or something like the Xbox 360? My avatar just dances i don't hear anything in the background. The last problem I have is that my Xbox turns
off by itself when I'm in the middle of a game. This only happened three times. PS I just got a new Xbox one s

 

I forgot to mention I can sign in during the loading of avatar editor but it just prompts me to choose from a group of new avatars, so I need to start from scratch every time.

 

yeah, I am also having the same problems, I think ive figured it out why its happening, but im still on the thoughts of how to remedy the problem the good people of xbox Microsoft may have unlooked, or, havnt remedied a solution. I think the only possible
way is to make your pc sign in with the Hotmail address that's linked with your xbox avatar.

so to do that you would have to make atleast 3 or 4 email backups to back up those email addresses incase the same problem occurs with unableing the xbox avatar editor, or maby its none of that and its just that it loads your old costume/outfit by default
coz of a new/ish old/ish xbox live patch? I dunno.

please try these steps, it may seem a lot but some are in there just to check if all is good:

Before executing these steps also be sure to login at xbox.com to see if it shows the correct gamertag etc. If it shows differently then don't execute the steps just yet.

1. Check account.live.com/.../manage to see if at least two security proofs are setup and verified. A phone number and alternate email would be best

2. Delete your profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link:

support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

3. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

4. Turn the console off.

5. Turn the console on.

6. Clear the console cache one more time

7. Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 2.)
