Avatar editor bug/glitch?

Discus and support Avatar editor bug/glitch? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I can't load any avatars and so i tried an account i never made any on and this happens...     I can't load any avatars and so i tried an account i never made any on and this happens... What causes this issue that i can't fix with anything?

    Note: the app works fine, just not the avatars.

    EDIT: the photo won't load for me.

    MIssing avatar award items.

    Unfortunately, it appears these avatar awards are glitched. They can be equipped on your avatar and saved through both the Xbox.com avatar editor and the Windows Phone avatar editor. I have successfully tested this solution, so please feel free to message
    me if you need further assistance.

    UPDATES WONT SAVE TO HARD DRIVE!

    The Avatar Editor is something different. Go into the Memory and delete the Avatar Editor files. Clear system cache, restart the console, and open up the Avatar Editor again. Does this help?

    Disc spins really fast randomly

    I get this issue sometimes (The avatar editor is a prime suspect) - Its nothing to worry about, there's no scratching of the discs or damage, I would assume its just a bug within the firmware!
