avatar does not work

Discus and support avatar does not work in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; for 3 months, i can't launch the avatar app, it doesn't work on xbox and pc, i asked some friends to try with my account, and they get the same problem...     avatar does not work


    for 3 months, i can't launch the avatar app, it doesn't work on xbox and pc, i asked some friends to try with my account, and they get the same problem as me, i Since the problem comes from the avatar and not from the application, how to fix this?

    Gamerpic problem

    Bump again because nothing has happened.

    There needs to be a way to delete the old avatar. Power cycle does not work. On the Xbox website and on the console, the new avatar is shown but it will not save. Creating a new avatar does not work. It keeps reverting back to the old avatar.

    How to download Current Xbox360 Gamerpic on PC

    That app does have the 360 avatars. That would be the only way. Keep in mind there are 2 apps. One is just the Avatar Editor which does not have the 360 avatars. The Xbox Original Avatars app does have them.
