    Avatar customisation on Xbox 360


    Hi all,

    apologies for what I'm sure is a newbie question but hey, this is my kids Xbox 360 Avatar customisation on Xbox 360 ;)

    The whole XBOX Live account thing has confused my for ages (sorry, I'm a simple soul Avatar customisation on Xbox 360 ;) but it looks like my boy has an avatar and that linked to the XBOX LIVE membership.

    However, my daughter has an avatar as well.

    My boy (with the XBOX live account) can customise his avatar and buy stuff (like new costumes).

    However, with my daughter's account, whilst she can buy stuff, she sees nowhere near as much stuff (e..g the Champions store? my boy sees tonnes of costumes but my daughter only sees 1).

    I don't get why she sees different stuff - is it because she is not Xbox 360?

    Hi there,

    This item I believe is an avatar item. Have you gone to the avatar customisation app on Xbox One and checked your costumes, or looked around all different clothing types to see if it's there?

    the game uses the 360 avatar, you would need to customise your Xbox 360 avatar for that particular game.

    Unfortunately the Iron Golem is not currently available in Minecraft 360 edition, I believe what you purchased was the XBL Avatar prop which can be utilised using the Customise My Avatar feature on the Xbox dashboard.

    Yes, your avatar is fully customisable and has access to whatever you bought for it on the 360.

    The problem is, your avatar is not featured on the Xbox One dashboard like it was on the 360 so unless you are planning on keeping your 360 around, you'll never see it.

    This may change in the future through an update though. I would definitely like to see some kind of friends interface with avatars like they had on the 360.

    On the Xbox one go to profile, select customise and you can edit your gamertag and avatar from there. You can also use the Xbox Avatar app on the Xbox too.

    Hi there, I'm not sure I understand what you mean about the page you're accessing on the laptop.

    However, there is indeed a way to access, edit, and take pictures of your avatar on Xbox One.

    If you have Kinect, simply say "Xbox, go to Avatars".

    If you do not have Kinect, simply go to your profile, press 'Customise Profile', and then select 'Customise Avatar'.
