    I was trying to buy something to my avatar and the moment when I was to confirm the transaction it says that I cant do it in my console, then I try to did it by the page and was the same thing. Why cant I buy something for my avatar in any of your plataforms?

    Cannot redeem codes

    Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

    Still can't fully update avatar clothing...Status: 80070005

    Are you sure that is the error code? You can also try to delete the Avatar Asset Refresh Cache (Memory > [device] > Games > Avatar Editor > AARC), then clear the system cache, restart the console, and open up the Avatar Editor.

    Yup, same thing going on. Can't save my avatar as my gamer pic. I find it a little ridiculous that they have an error code pop up then don't have anything about that error code on the website ...

    Avatar Marketplace error message

    I'm not sure about that error code, but if you are having issues update your Avatar items, you can try to delete all the Avatar Editor files and restart the program.



    1. System Settings
    2. Memory
    3. Select your storage device
    4. Games
    5. Avatar Editor
    6. Delete the Marketplace file
    7. Restart console
    8. Restart Avatar Editor
