Avatar accessories problem

Discus and support Avatar accessories problem in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Every time I try to buy something for my avatar this shows up even though I'm on my XBOX. Can anyone help?     Avatar accessories problem


    Every time I try to buy something for my avatar this shows up even though I'm on my XBOX. Can anyone help?

    Xbox 360 Avatars

    Everyone who has an Xbox 360 Live account has an avatar, but not everyone spends time dressing them or buys accessories/outfits for them. Which group do you fall under? Have you spent any time and/or money personalizing your avatar?

    So, I've tried buying them off the Xbox Store online and even on my Xbox 360, but none of the content comes to my Xbox One. What's the deal here?

    Hi, i dont sure If related issue but avatars Will get a huge update soon, so Will complete change, so i advise to wait.

    This certainly is peculiar since its telling you to be on your xbox to make the purchase...which you very clearly are. I would recommend rebooting your modem and power cycling the xbox to rule out any oddball glitches, and if it persists reach out to customer
    support as they'll be best suited to assist you on this matter.
