Available to purchase?

L4D2 not available to download

Hi,

Sorry for the issue you're running into. Did you by chance purchase the game digitally or are you using a disc? If you can check and verify that it's showing you purchased the game here online:

marketplace.xbox.com/.../66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d802454108d4 (Please make sure you login with the same Microsoft Account you used to originally get the game).

Also, is the account you're trying to play it on the account that purchased the game or do you have the console set as the home console for a separate account from the main account you use?

Pardon the dumb question, but I am assuming u have to start the game over and start from scratch with The Mechromancer, right? Thanks much. Later

 

If the question is whether PayPal can be used as a payment method for downloading games, then the answer is yes. Simply add your PayPal account details to your Microsoft Account (you can do this at
Sign in to your Microsoft account) and then you can use that to purchase content from the Xbox Store.

 

I can't purchase anything from marketplace, even with my MS account or my Paypal. It always said that I don't have a valid payment options.
