I find myself in Latvia and am contemplating the purchase of an Xbox Series S.

I would like to inquire about the availability of Game Pass in Latvia. Are there any important considerations I should be aware of before making the purchase? For instance, are there any features that are not supported in Latvia?

In case Latvia is not supported for Game Pass, is it possible to change the region to, for example, India or the USA to access it?

I want to ensure that I won't face accessibility issues in Latvia after buying the console.

Kindly address my concerns and provide clarification.

Since the Series S is digital only and there isn't a marketplace in Latvia, it would be best to think of a different plan.

Latvia is not a supported region for Xbox. http://xbox.com/regions So you won't have access to any services available on Xbox.

Changing your region to a different one would violate the terms of service and put you at risk for being banned. It also won't work for a lot of purchases since your account region would not match your physical location.

Is there any way to access or I should drop the plan? I'm referring to the stores selling the Xbox Series S, which seem to be offering only the box without the actual product due to Xbox not supporting Latvia.

Latvia is not a supported region so Game Pass is not available there. http://xbox.com/regions You'll need to work with G2A for a refund.

Unfortunately there's no way around that then. As stated, Latvia is not supported by live so Game Pass is not available in Latvia.
