AV closet question

Discus and support AV closet question in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My Xbox one will be in a closet (10' left and 5' behind me) I'm worried about controller disconnects.     AV closet question


    My Xbox one will be in a closet (10' left and 5' behind me) I'm worried about controller disconnects.

    My question is... does the kinect "sense"/ act as an extender for the controller's signal?.

    I don't currently have a kinevt but will purchase one if it will fix this issue.

    kinect 2.0 cable = 3m

    He probably has an AV rack located in a closet across the room or in another room. It's pretty common with fancy home theatre set ups.

    I still think my question still stands though - do you have to use the closet? Why not just put everything somewhere else and use it as a linen closet or something (for the record, this IS a genuine question, as I have never knowingly seen a "media" room
    before that comes with one of these closet spaces)?

    I really like the look of the system. Although I will rarely see it as I have an AV closet in another room that I keep everything in. It could be the ugliest thing in the world and as long as it performs good that's all that matters to me.

    That is a great question. Just found it in the back of my closet and discovered it wont work on the 360.
