Thank you for that response, go ahead and Delete the game from the console and then clear your system cache again. Once you have done that go ahead and attempt to download the game again.

I would advise Troubleshooting Xbox 360 network connection as well as any interruption throughout the download could cause corrupted files as
they are incomplete.

It is possible that the Hard Drive itself is damaged so possibly
replacing the HD could fix this issue.
