Automatically Dowbloading Games Without Charge?

Okay so this is weird and has happened for 3 different games now. When Minecraft came out on Xbox One, I turned my One on and went to the Xbox Store to buy and install Minecraft. When I got there, it said it was already installing and it was at about 75%.
I checked everywhere I could to see if they charged me for it but found no charge on any account that was ever associated with my Xbox Account. Then later, Destiny's release date came and the same thing happened, although I did not want to risk not getting
to play so I went ahead and bought the digital pre order edition. Once again, there was no sign of a charge for the first automated Destiny download, only the one I actually bought. Now the new Call of Duty is coming out and it's doing it again. I've even
already played the first mission, gotten 3 achievments and played a little local multiplayer match against some bots. What exactly is going on?

Downloading games is not working at all

I've downloaded a game and it wen't to a 100% directly when i started downloading it but it doesn't show up in my games or in my hard drive i don't get it.

The first time i tried dowbloading it, it wen't to 28% then it just stopped installing

I think there's problem with the transmisson

 

How to delete gamer tag?

I want to delete my gamer tag and make a new gamer tag without all my current friends knowing my new gamer tag.

Is there any way I can do this without my friends automatically getting my new updated gamer tag?

 

Do you share your console with anyone else or have any of your friends used your console? It sounds like someone else has your console set as their Home console which would cause anything they purchase to automatically download on your console as well.

 

Yes but I've talked with both of them. Neither of them have been charged and also aren't the type of people to accidentally set my Xbox as their home one.
