    Automatically cancelled games


    I preordered dragonballfighterz around Christmas on the Xbox. It was the fighterz edition. Notbi g went wrong and everything was fine. I even played it when it came out for a month. But now it is telling me the order got cancelled and I am unable to get
    to it. I tried everything and nothing is working . I am confused why it got cancelled it if was already paid for.

    Xbox Live hard to cancel

    I got a deal when I set up my new profile on a 3 month subscription to Xbox Live. I paid $9.99 for 3 months. Then I forgot to cancel it and they automatically charged my card. I just figured out how to remove the automatic renewal but I have a charge pending for another 3 months. It is so hard to cancel a subscription.

    Xbox One repair dilemma

    You would probably need to book another repair as I think they get automatically cancelled after a certain amount of time.

    To start, can you try
    removing your profile     from the console, then
    power cycle     the console, and sign in again after that? Do you see any improvement?

    Why do a have to install the entire game after I cancel an update ?

    Because the update overwrites the game data when you cancel it, you damage the game data and the game is automatically uninstalled when the update is canceled.

    Those are the only 2 options for cancelling auto-renewal. If it won't work online, you'll have to wait for support to open.
