Why do I run a large game will automatically shut down, is the power problem? My xboxones is new.

Automatic shutdown of the console and power supply

Hi,

For a few days I have a problem that I do not know if it is related to the software or hardware part in which after a few seconds of powering the console and the original power supply go out as if the current is not coming. In fact, the feeder does not show
signs of life in which neither the orange nor the white light is shown. So I'm forced to disconnect the Plug and reconnect it to turn on the power supply but without solving the problem of shutdown.

Consider that the same was bought 3/4 months ago so it is new and has never given me any problems like that.

Continuous automatic shutdown of Xbox One S console

I bought an Xbox One S recently, and I realized that when I turned it on, it would shut itself down after about 10 minutes of use, that over and over again. I did several procedures like Restore / Reset the Console to see if it was smoothing the problem, but still the errors continued. In addition to buying plug-ins for plug-in, but that was not the problem as they worked perfectly on other devices. I entered the Microsoft website, and I verified that the product guarantee is still open, therefore, I need an urgent technical assistance / support
