Hello! Inexperience has not disabled the automatic extension hboks live Gold status.Now it shows that I have a debt allegedly my duty to give the status of Gold. I do not agree with this, please cancel the decision and remove from me the debt, as in connection
with this duty, I can not activate the Gold status for 12 months. Please solve the problem.

I want to remove the method of payment ( card) . But I can not do that , because the invoice for the automatic extension gold status xbox 360. Please remove the automatic renewal of the gold status and will invalidate the bill. I do not want to do again

You may find your account is on auto renew,if you haven`t changed it,so it will renew automatically when your gold runs out.

if you click "my account" on the top right of this page you should be able to check your status and how to renew your gold.

Very BIG problem

Microsoft support say that i owes them money, because of problems with the removal of money from my VISA card, they do not cut off my gold status and continued to try to take the money from the card, which is no more money. My card was - no credit - it was
