    Hi, first i find it really hard to cancel a subscription or to turn off the automatic renew of m'y Xbox music pass. Can someone please cancel it or tell me how to get help on the phone, cause i hate this website... Thanks a lot!

    EA access, yes or no?

    just subscribed, just a heads up to anyone looking to as well, when you first subscribe it sets to automatically renew by default, you cant undo that in the app you have to log into your account on xbox.com, go to subscriptions and cancel the automatic renewal there.

    Automatic renew

    If you want to cancel your Xbox Music Pass immediately,
    click here     and click Chat with Microsoft Support. Note: If you cancel immediately, you'll lose access to the Xbox Music service for the remainder of your paid subscription period.



    If you want to turn automatic renewal off, follow these steps:

    1. Click My Account at the top of the page and then Xbox Music.
    2. Next to Automatic Renewal, click Change.
    3. Follow the instructions on the Microsoft account page.
    4. On the Cancel Auto Payment page, click Off.

    Hey Crimst

    If the instructions by Major Stoff don't work just call phone support at 1-800-4MYXBOX provide your MSA (email) and have it handy because you will be asked to verify your account. Tell them you want to cancel the auto renewal and you can also have your CC
    taken off the accnt as well.

    If you want it off well follow the link provided and see what it says if it says call support to turn off autorenewal then that's your only option

    I completely disagree with you I am a 47 year old man and have honestly paid all of my bills for 30 years and an I take offense to the suspect comment. For the last 10 years I have been in and out of the hospital and for some portion of that time I was blind
    from brain surgery (bacterial meningitis) and ask a rep (that has been a few years back) to help me take care of it for me and she did not. I may or may not have the exact wording right but I do understand how renewal works. So please do not implicate that
    I am less than honorable. As I explained these were courtesy accounts set up on a separate account while I was in critical care just for my nephew's I rarely look at that account go back and read my initial note. I have never ask for anything for free in fact
    I lost everything due to this illness. I have already turned off the account so NO thanks to a verbal agreement that was not honored I am screwed. My honor and integrity mean everything to me. If I were on the other end of this problem I would be much more
    helpful and understanding. It is to bad that companies get so large that they forget who the real servants are.
