Automatic purchases without my authorization

good evening. Made purchases on my card without my authorization this morning. My xbox was off all the time. I did not shop, but I still did not allow any charges. Would you help me? I do not speak English, I'm Brazilian, and I also do
not find the site, no option for this problem.

boa noite. fizeram compras no meu cartão sem minha autorização durante esta madrugada. Meu xbox estava desligado o tempo todo. Não fiz compras, menos ainda autorizei qualquer cobrança. Poderia me ajudar? Eu não Falo inglês,
sou brasileiro, e também não encontro no site, nenhuma opção para este problema.

Account hacked? On Christmas eve?!?!?

My account also got hacked on 1/2/2012. There were two separate points purchases totaling almost $130. And then there were 12 separate purchases made for games, add-on’s and themes, all without my authorization.

Skate Park rogue charges, be warned and help

We have an xbox one and my grandsons have been playing the free "Games with Gold" game skate park. I have the xbox set up so a passkey has to be used by myself for any charges but over the last couple of days I have had 4 charges for items, related to this
game, charged to my credit card without any passkey or authorization having been given. My grandsons do not have the passkey and have not tried to make any purchases. Has anyone else had the same problem? and how is the "game" managing to charge my credit
card without authorization.?????

I purchased a game from Microsoft Store.

I used Paypal.

My Paypal statement shows that Microsoft set up automatic payment on my account.

The game was a single payment purchase.

I would like to know how to get this automatic payment authorization off my Paypal account after reading this thread.

I'm calling Paypal tomorrow.

Hello. While this could just be a visual glitch, it's always worth taking extra precautions to make sure you are not being hacked / people are not logging into your account. As Steeledwand7664
said above, I would recommend taking those steps.

Don't believe it's possible that way. I think you need to link the card to that individual account.

So someone would need access to that. Contact your bank and alert them of the purchase just in case someone has your card info.
