    At me such problem, there was an automatic payment of subscription xbox live gold.

    payment was made automatically on 18.12.2017g, I immediately canceled the subscription

    order number e694e059-6af8-48a2-9c88-e67ea11997che

    Is it possible to return money?

    What you mention only happened if you had automatic renewal on, as for automatic renewal to happen you needed a payment method. Turn off auto renewal and you could remove the card no problem.

    At least that's how its worked for me as long as I've had a 360.

    This happened to me before when my subscription was about to end one week later. I had to set the automatic payment to "fix" this problem. When end your subscription ? And it is automatic for you ?
