    If you have a card payment stored on your account it will automatically charge the remainder of the payment to your card after taking initial payment from your balance.

    Is your account setup as automatic? Check the status of your services in your profile settings, you can select the types of payment, maybe this is because it is in automatic charging.

    Got charged twice for a Realm Renewal still recived two error messages and my Realm didn't get renewed.

    If the charge doesn't appear on the link, that means the money will be automatically refunded on your payment method, sometimes your bank doesn't authorize the charges and freeze the balance, you should contact your payment provider or wait a little, usually this money is back on your payment method after 48 hours
