    I have a problem and I can't seem to find a solution so here it goes, 2 year ago i activated the automatic renewal for a year of gold. since that date alot happened and i don't play xbox that much anymore so i wanted to cancel it but , i scrapped my older
    computer who had all my information about my microsoft account. Wich means that with the new security thing i can't change settings about my microsoft account if i don't have my security informations wich were on my previous computer ....

    I just payed a new full year of Xbox live and i don't want it! What do i do now?

    Why Can't I Turn off Auto-Renwal

    This is the message I get when I attempt to turn of auto renewal
