    you have to go to xbox.com and under subscriptions, stop the automatic billing.

    Hi, login with the same details you use for Xbox at https://account.microsoft.com then select services & subscriptions. You can turn off auto renew there.

    Hi there,

    If you login on your xbox account management page online, I believe you should be able to cancel automatic billing from there.

    If you go to account.microsoft.com then click on services & subscriptions, there should be an option to turn off auto renew.

    You need to go into your account ,then to the services & Subscriptions tab then turn off recurring billing.
