Automatic billing

Hello to all,

I have noticed I have been billed for an Xbox Live Gold membership between April and July (4 x 6.99€) despite I had not request for it or bought any renewal membership.

I wanted to suspend my Gold membership between April and July included since I was abroad for this period of time and consequently with no use of it.

Is there any solutions for my issue I could benefit from ?

Remove automatic billing

you can set this up on the console but if you want to remove it you have to call them and it is horrible. not the ppl you call but the fact you can't "manage" your account is infuriating. if you give them another avenue for money is the only way to free
your credit card and that isn't managing your account that's just giving them money. they have lost my money and i suggest others as well.

I've already spent an hour trying to remove my credit card details only to have your website tell me that I can't because I have to put in new payment information for auto-renewing my subscription. Please remove my payment details and remove me from any
auto-renewal program for xbox live gold.
