    My son bought EA Access days ago with my consent. Yesterday (06/10/17) I was charged for the xbox pass, my son says he did not buy it and I do not know if it was something that the system automatically loads ... I would like to cancel it. On the other hand,
    is it possible to set a password (different from the configuration password) that system would ask each time you want to make a purchase... Thanks

    Did you check with banks? I know that sometimes the when MS is trying to authorize the charges, they don't send a predetermined amount and the bank rejects it.

    Its part of an automated system, so they can't manually adjust what its trying to authorize.

    You're going to need to contact support if you have charges pending to have them help you with the billing because you won't be able to through the automated system. If you're in the US its 1-800-469-9269 or

    You would need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    There is no way to set just a password for purchases.

    Never got refund for a cancelled pre order

    You don't need to as mentioned verification check is done by your bank you need to address them

    Charges are automated for.10 dayz before UNLESS YOU are paying with currency balance

    Maybe the reason they have to charge is because they [mod removed] up integrating the two systems so royally that there is no way to automate the process and they have to pay the intern something for all the trouble they have to go through to change it. I jest, but yeah I feel you on the deadname [mod removed]. They charge because they can.
