Autodetect preset setting failed

I played forza horizon 4 everything was fine I had 8 gigabytes of RAM but I decided to put another 8 and I had 16 gigabytes of RAM but after that I went into forza and all the settings went wrong and it said autodetect results graphics became bad and if I changed the settings, they were not saved i tried the benchmark, it says that the graphics are high, but when I enter the game, it says that the graphics are low and when i want to change the graphics or some settings the game restarts and nothing changes
