Auto Update Issues/Xbox Going Offline

go to settings go to network if using wifi select remove wifi info... go to settings de select auto sign in.... restart Xbox.... play games (as long as they are all updated)

Your console is set to auto log on.. asking for you to sign in... remove this option and it will work offline

If you aren't going to play modern warfare multiplayer then you could always play the game offline. That way you will never have to update it. The downside is you would always have to go to settings to take your console offline. Then you would have
to make sure your xbox wasn't set to auto update games. And the update fixes alot of issues with the game. Or you could download a little bit of the update, pause it and come back to it another time. Everytime you reinserted the disc it should resume updating
but this might take awhile too.

I have solved it click stay offline then go in to updates turn off auto updates then connect back to internet worked first time for me hope this helps !!!

How odd. Try to offline update it, because this is probably a software issue.

Hi, i did all of the above, but none of that worked, but i found a solution, looks like AUTO HDR is messing up with the colors and definition with some Samsung and Sony smart tv that supports HDR10, the only workaround is maxing out color and definition in the picture settings only for the Xbox source, because otherwise colors will be saturated for other apps and devices

You may have to do an offline update to fix the issue or the Internal HDD is going bad. Try to do the offline update and hopefully it will fix the issue.
