Have you attempted to delete your profile (profile only), cleared your console's cache, restarted the console, and then downloaded your profile again? If not, can you please do so in that order and see if it auto signs you in this time around and stays that
way after a console restart.

Delete Profile Safely:



Go to Settings, and then select System.

Select Storage.

Select All Devices.

Select Gamer Profiles.

Select the gamertag that you want to delete.

Select Delete.

Select Delete Profile Only.

Clear Cache:

Go to Settings, and then select System.

Select Storage.

Highlight Hard Drive, and press Y

Select Clear Cache, and press Yes.

Restart Console:

Download Profile:

Push the middle button on your XBOX 360 controller.

Select Download Profile.

I'm having a similar problem, but it is intermittent. It's always been like that, but it was just a minor inconvenience until now. Now, since I've installed the Dashboard update, whenever I have to manually login, the Dashboard just keeps loading and loading
and loading. There's two things I can do. 1)Restart the Xbox and pray it doesn't make me manually sign on or 2) Pop in a video game, wait until it loads, and exit out of the game, where the Dashboard loads.
