    have you guys noticed once in awhile when you power up your X1 it doesn't always sign you into XBL? i know my internet connection is not the best and i am on wireless but does anyone else ever have issues or experience this?

    Happens to me 60% of the time, having a *** of a time finding any additional info about this.

    Happens to me every so often it says "Sorry [real name removed] sign in using controller)... also every once in a while it will sign me in, but not connect to XBL until I turn off and on my XBOX.

    So you are not alone.

    Try resetting the Xbox hold in the power button on front of the Xbox until it turns off then unplug it for 5-10 mins

    do you use instant on mode? maybe if the console is kept in that mode all the time then it may have the odd hick up ?

    I only use power saver mode and if I'm totally honest the only issue I have had, which has happened a couple of times now, I get a message saying please connect the controller, so I have to reconnect the controller and it's fine again, don't why it happens

    Yes this happens to me probably 50% of the time. Sometimes if I turn on my X1 and leave it for maybe 60 seconds it will then log me in, but who's got 60 seconds to waste this day and age (certainly not me!). What drives me even crazier is when I am logged
    in, then you start a game that asks you to select a profile and log in again (Sparkle Unleashed I'm looking at you!).

    I had the issue often in instant on mode. Now I only use energy saving mode and I only have issues when XBL is having issues. (Very rarely)

    It does this to me all the time, but it doesn't bother me one bit.
