    Auto Scrolling Problem


    My Xbox one that i purchased 9mths ago is having scrolling issues. The directional pad does not work and when pressed, it just keeps going in the direction you press and then gets stuck. We’ve replaced the remotes, replaced the hdmi cord, hard reset
    the box and still nothing. The microsoft store near me closed due to covid so im out of options. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi AquarrzSudnnym’s. Yes, the controllers are updated and we keep the xbox up to date as well. A friend of mine just told me his son is having the same issue with his xbox. Thanks

    Have you tried using a different controller as there may be a bit of analogue stick drift happening where it would be making it seem like the controller is moving to the right?
