    my xbox one x interface is auto scrolling down to the left. it is not possible to move up, it goes back down all the time. it makes the blip sound of an interaction about 10 times per second.. brbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbrbr like that : )

    only way i can interface is using the phone app.

    with the app i can start any game.

    every game works fine. in the game it does not auto move at all. it is only the interface that is strange.

    i have restarted in all the possible ways.

    - power cable removed overnight.

    - complete reset from the menu (keeping saves and games)

    - powercykling, long, short..

    - pressing eject+connect+power until reset

    its not the controllers, i have tried several.

    please help?

    Have you tried using a different controller as there may be a bit of analogue stick drift happening where it would be making it seem like the controller is moving to the right?
