Auto save

I am using auto save on RDR2. My power was out today and when it returned I turned game on but internet was down. Some autosave alert popped up and as answering yes seemed the only way to play offline I answered yes. The problem is that now it restarts
in the middle of the game where I had completed a week ago and went much further than that spot. Finished the first part and well into or close to finishing the John Marston but it seems to not want to continue where I left off with Auto save. Is there any
way to correct this so I do not have to spend time redoing all I have done already? Stuck on cemetery mission to save Jack. Way back from where I should be

Game not Autosaving is there a manual save?

Try turning off auto save then the option will change to save game it will also turn auto save back on.

Turn all the auto saves off and delete all the auto saves and see if that helps.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox Forums. Recovering saved game data can be very tricky. The first thing I would recommend would be

removing your profile from the Xbox, and then adding it back. If you have been connected to Xbox live while playing, then all of your saved data is also backed up on the cloud server.

Aside from that, you may also want to seek
support from Rockstar if the above does not work out.
