auto renewal xbox live yearly

I had gotten an email a month ago on may 11 2015 saying that my xbox live was already renewed. so naturally I wasn't worried. today I go to te bank and im being told that im being charged for it once again. today is june 2nd 2015 btw. I still have the email
telling me it was charge on may 11th. if I get charged again im going to be very *** off. and the fact that you guys don't give a number to call someone is ridicules. if I get charged twice im never going with xbox again.. and I removed my payment option
and it still says pending. please fix this. as its not right at all thank you veryyy verryyy much!!

12 month auto renewals price change for no reason. Help!

I am on auto renewals for xbox live. 2 years or more ago there was a special if you signed up for auto renewals you would get a yearly price of $39.99 but this year when it renewed I was charge $59.99! What gives? They only thing that changed was my credit
card info. Please someone help me with this!

Xbox charged me for yearly subscription when I had auto renewal off?

I turned auto-renewal off on Xbox as my yearly subscription was due to be paid, but xbox have gone and charged me for a yearly subscription when this was off. Am i able to cancel and get a full refund?

You cant remove a payment option once you have a subscription on the payment option

Are you sure its a subscription or a game?.

You can check your billing history here or commerce.microsoft.com

If you removed it then its not a subscription

Are you sure itsnjot month to month?

I know sometimes companys like xbox or hotels like to put in a test withdraw to make sure you account has the funds before they charge you the full amount. But i would keep a eye on your statements.

when it comes to billing there are two dates, oneis the renewel date that the subscription renews( that can change depends on subscription) and there is a billing date. The billing datee does not change om and that is when thechrge is sent to the bank to
settle the balance for the sub.From the renew date 11 May 2015 there is a pending balance that is settled on the billing date 2 June 2015

yes it is, we get the 1 yr $59.99 pass for xbox live gold when I was in the membership area it says that it auto renews yearly until i cancel it
