Auto Renewal Issue!

Ive noticed that billing billed me 9 days early on the first month after getting Xbox live. On the second month I was then billed 10 more days early. Now it is a total of 19 days early!!!

I tried to cancel the subscription but because it was a secured card your site would not allow it to be cancelled. It wasn't even due!!!! Now, I added money for a bill and you all took it! I haven't been on the game in months and don't plan to. I like my
PS4 better. I see people having the same issue and we want our money back! Maybe a class action lawsuit is in order?

Is there a monthly subscription for Xbox Live on Xbox One? How much is it?

You can buy a 12 month auto renewal for $60. Monthly auto renewal is $9.99.

Yes, the auto renewal can be an issue. If you signed up for a 12 month Gold Membership, the auto renewal was most likely automatically on. If you did have an unwanted renewal, contact 1 800 4 MY XBOX. Auto renewal can be turned off in the billing options
at Xbox.com or through the phone.

The only other way would be to call support and have them turn it off for you.

The only way to turn off auto renewal is to call support (1-800-4MY-XBOX in North America) and have them turn it off for you. Be aware that if you purchase live in the future, it will turn auto renewal back on. Once you revert to silver you can call support
again and have them remove the card and purchase live from the store if you like.

If you are not in the US then replace the red US above w/ yr country code

(i.e., CA for Canada, GB for Great Britain, et al.)

Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue

and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.
