    Hey there! I'm sorry about the confusion regarding your auto-renewal. That said, you'd need to contact phone support (support.xbox.com/contact-us) as they are the only folks who can manage
    your auto-renewal. If you have the SR# from the previous call when you asked to turn off auto-renewal, have that ready as well. Thanks!

    Is there a monthly subscription for Xbox Live on Xbox One? How much is it?

    You can buy a 12 month auto renewal for $60. Monthly auto renewal is $9.99.

    It just means that once your subscription ends, you'll revert to silver until you decide to add gold again.

    Battle: While I understand your issue, no one on the forums can give you a refund. You need to ask that on phone support. If they refuse a refund, then that is the final answer. Sorry for the confusion regarding auto renewal.
