auto renewal but dont know password to my email

Hi my xbox account is Called "Slafz" and the email to that account is called "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***" and i recently bought xbox live to my account through paypal. 1 month.

and i have no idea what the password is to my email so how can i cancel the auto renewal?

what is going on

i cant take off the auto renewal button to "off". It keeps on telling me "we don't recognize the computer you're using" ,and it gives me an email that i never seen before [mod removed: email address], and i have to put a password for it that i dont even
know. i dont know what to do.

when i go to change my auto renewal off i sign in and it says that is has sent an email code and i have to type that in but i don't get the email and i dont know where it has gone. HELP!!!!

You can go online at account.live.com and under the services and subscriptions tab turn off the auto renew there.

You would need to sign in with the email and Microsoft account password if you dont remember the password for the account when signing in there is an option that you forgot your password.

On that note, no, there's no way you can change the password without knowing the origional one.

Well you can always reset it with the Security question or Alternative Email address. Or you can submit a Forgot password form.

without knowing the email and password you will have NO way to verify who you are to support if you call in to cancel the account. as long as you do not have auto renew on your account just let the account run out and go back to silver. in the future
do NOT use a made up email and password.
