Auto Renew Glitch in the System

I am trying to cancel my auto renew, but when I went to cancel it The link took me to an error page where it said, " Uh Oh... that shouldn't happened." and " It appears you've found a glitch in the system." then at the end it gives me a date and some other
stuff.

Why can't I turn off auto renew?

I about to update payment but I want to turn off auto renew and it's saying I found a "glitch in the system" I feel lIke I going to get ripped off because it won't let me turn auto renew off. I have gold but because auto renewal I can't play online because
no funds were found. I will not update anything till I know auto renew is off. How do I turn it off without it saying there was a glitch?

I'm sick of all this drama just to play online.

wow. ONLY ON AUTO RENEWAL do i get "an error has occured" OR "OOPS IT APPEARS YOU HAVE FOUND A GLITCH IN THE SYSTEM"

When you set up the free 30 day trial, it tells you the subscription will auto renew on the card or paypal you submitted unless you turn off auto renewal. Lots of folks pay no attention to that until they get billed.

similar problems myself and ive cancalled the automatic renew now but i cannot delete my card/ account details only change it to a new card or to Paypal. This is very annoying as ive ended up paying for Gold on a XBox i no longer even own anymore let
alone use online ( Now im strictly a PS3 & PC gamer after enough of youre *** tbh.. gold is a joke . ) . This is crazy, why do Microsoft not let people totally delete there own personal information off there system ? My guess is its so you can boast how many
users on record you have when in reality this is only because people cannot remove an account . I Hope the XBox fails bigtime next console cycle.

Sorry to hear about your problem.

But, you will need to contact Xbox Support (http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us). They are the only ones who have access to the accounts and can find out why you were overcharged.
