Auto-Renew? But it Expired..

I've just paid for a unwanted subscription; Before that I got a email telling me that it would cancel itself, since I didn't have the money at that time. But three days later it, after it cancelled, it automatically took the money out of my account and renewed
itself. If possible I'd like a refund.

Card Expired but still charged!!!

When you purchase gold through the Xbox, you are told that auto-renewal will be turned on. By confirming the payment you have agreed to allow them to charge you again unless you turn off auto-renewal before then.

You would have to call support about cancelling the subscription.

auto renewal

i turned off auto renewal but Microsoft still took money from account EVEN THOUGH DEBIT CARD HAD EXPIRED. i contacted them and got a refund, but money was debited AGAIN the next day. contacted them again and they wanted bank details and my expired card details.
i emailed my complaint to Microsoft, as yet, no reply.

Turn off the auto renew and let it expire,you may get another dashboard offer.

If auto-renewal is turned off, it will just run until that day and then expire. It won't charge you again. If you leave auto-renewal turned on, it will charge you again.

There is a possibility that the auto renewal of your Xbox Live subscription is currently activated and you need to turn it off before the subscription expires so that it will not auto renew and for you not to be automatically charge.

You need to turn off your auto-renew first, then try removing the expired card. As long as the account is still set to auto-renew you will need to have a card for it to renew to. If you wish to keep the auto-renew on then you need to change the card it renews
to first before removing the old card. Hope this helps.
