Auto redeem for April didn't work

My auto redeem for August didn't work, the option to redeem one month of ultimate its gone

In the same boat. I'm signed up for the GPU monthly auto-redeem. The last code I received was April 1st. They gave me 500 points for "appeasement" when I contacted them last month, but whaddya know, it didn't work again this month! I have over 55,000 rewards points sitting in my account.

Fix your services, Microsoft. Yikes.

I've been having the same problem with the Game Pass Ultimate Auto-redeem. I got the points difference between manual and auto redeem refunded when it didn't work in May, but now it messed up again for June.

This leads me to believe I need to purchase a standard non-auto-redeem 1 Month Game Pass Ultimate subscription (for 12,000 MS Rewards Points) AND THEN on April 1, and the months following, my 10,500 MS Rewards Points a month Auto Redeem will register.

Pretty much this. You've turned on auto-redemption for that award, so if you have that number of points, they'll automatically send you a code for that on the first of each month, so you would get a code on April 1. To get a code now, you'd need to manually redeem Ultimate.
