auto pay cancellation

Hello,

I tried to cancel my Gold subscription today, but whenever I try to cancel it, it redirects me to a microsoft security page, and I have to enter a security code sent to another e-mailadress. The problem is, that e-mailadress doesn't exist anymore, so I entered
my Phone number instead for a text message. However, it takes 30 days to change all that due to security reasons. Because of that, I can't cancel my subscription. That means I have to pay for another month of Gold-membership because I have to wait 30 days
to cancel it. I know Microsoft needs security but this is just ridiculous.

Auto payment problem - cancellation.

I can't cancal my Auto payment because when asked to verify account, the information stored is out of date (mobile number). Now i have updated this information, but its gonna take a month for this too become in effect. Which is no good because i want to
cancal my auto payment now.

Help me please.

Okay thank you for your help, i will see my freind on the weekend and try and use her mobile, it shouldn't charge her to ring microsoft. (only just thought of that)
