Auto off

So after the last systeem update I'v started to have problem. When I'm playing the game and I'm trying to quick jump to YouTube and the back to the game (yT still in beckground) the game wont continume. Instead my console will automaticlly of.
Before an update this kind of multitasking was no problem. And its only Youtube. Using Edge this way workf normal.
I have a base model of Xbox one. I notice a problem on two games : Halo MCC and Batman Arkham Asylum both disc base

Auto Renewal Off

You sometimes are forced to call xbox billing support to turn of auto renewal (especially if the card associated to the renewal had expired). You can contact 1-800-4-MY-XBOX and ask for billing.

 

Auto shut off

Most of the time my Xbox one's auto shut off feature dose not work. I have it set for one hour........I've tried unplugging it and I disconnected my Kinect. as an idea u should put a sleep timer on it. Thank you

 

This is a problem that is most likely connected to the insiders program with a preview dashboard. You can opt out if you'd like, in the preview app, or get help on the official insiders subreddit here:

I've just notice simular topic on this forum. From there I'ts seams it is a software problem. Kind of relife. Its anoing but not game breaker. And the software issue can be software patch.

It's definitely a software problem as I've seen this problem many times with people in the insider program. If you are not in the preview program it could be from a game/app crash, a power supply failing or overheating.

Thank. I'm not able to reach out for Xbox suport personal right now but users on this other topic are saying that Xbox personal are saying that this is an Youtube app bug. It make sens for my coz problem is present only under specific cercomstances (when
game and youtube app are running at the same time)
