Auto off disables cable recording

Discus and support Auto off disables cable recording in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Oops missed first 3 quarters by turning off x1 which turns off tv and amp.     Auto off disables cable recording


    Oops missed first 3 quarters by turning off x1 which turns off tv and amp. Seems I now have to keep x1 on for recording which seems silly.

    game DVR wont record error 0x82323002 please helpppp

    Have you recently turned off auto record in your options? Turning that off also disables the manual recording, which i think is stupid imo.

    When my X1 powers off it turns my TV off too, but not my cable box.

    My Directv DVR records while off... plus I am assuming it is the NBA of which you speak so you recorded the important quarter.
