    To answer your question-- It depends on when you joined live. For example, now if you join live, you have an auto generated name, which you can change for free, once. If you already picked a name, then, you don't get to change your name for free. Your name
    isn't auto generated, so you have picked it already and therefore do not get a swap free of charge.

    You can only use the free change only if your name was auto generated at account creation. Since the name you have currently is not an auto generated one - you would have to pay the 9.99 as stated above,

    That's because you already did

    The change you never changed your name thing that only applies to auto generated names not names you pick
