Auto logging out

    When on my console suddenly internet was working I had auto logout every time I was activating/unactivating game/app.

    My xbox one is being weird.

    I had dsame thing with my kids. I've set auto log in for me only, and if I'm in the room they turn Kinect away so I don't log them out.

    Logging Out

    Hi there, were you playing a game that required Xbox Live to be playing it? If you were and your internet dropped out, that might be the reason it signed you out like that.

    Have you tried playing without an internet connection to see if it does the same thing?

    My advice would be to test your internet connect on your Xbox

    Or else change your account password or update security info

    If no of the above work please contact Xbox support as they will provide better information

    If they can't help contact your internet provider

    Hey mate, when trying peddlers steps above did you first delete the profile from the console (profile only) before trying to re-download?

    -

    If not try the steps exactly, deleting the profile (profile only), clear the system cache 3 times. Restart the console and then re-download your profile. See if this yields a different result.
