Auto buying GOLD month when auto payment is disabled

Hello!

Yes, sometimes I buy Gold account per month if I need it only. After that I disable auto buying of GOLD for next month. Last time (in June, 2015) I did it again... but there was some auto buying again for July. My money is gone for unnecessary July Gold.
It is not good.

Ok, I have checked the status of my auto payment and what have I seen? Yes, it has been disabled. But my money has gone to Microsoft corporation. Maybe I have lost not much money, but there is the situation.

I have disabled auto payment again. Now I will waiting for 19th of July, 2015, when it will finish July Gold month. If the situation repeats I will go to police.

Also I am not happy when Microsoft my real money (roubles) has turned to some virtual money. After that Microsoft removed them in June, 2015. Yes, I received the letter about removing money from Microsoft. However, I could not spend my virtual money for anything
before disappearing money because I can buy all things with real money only, not virtual. It is not good. Not good.

my payment method and auto renewal

I ran out of gold and bought the three months for 10 bucks and tried removing my payment method and it wouldn't let me remove because the credit card was hooked up to a subscription of gold that auto renews.I didnt want my gold to auto renew so i turned
auto renew off on xbox.com but it still wont let me remove my payment method so my question is will i still have to pay after the three months even though auto renewal is off and why cant i remove my payment method

 

Credit Card got charged after cancelling auto-renew

I cancelled my auto-renew feature last month but got charged by Microsoft yesterday for Xbox Live Gold. Worse still I can't cancel the auto subscription. My dashboard shows me as a Live Gold member and the date of next renewal at 4/6/2015 but when I click
cancel auto-payment the next page shows me as a silver member and hence I am unable to cancel it.

How can I cancel auto-payment and request for a charge reversal?

 

Sorry to hear that you were having issues with your Gold and currency. If your auto renewal was disabled then you should contact phone support for further assistance. They may be able to help out with this. At the very least they can make sure auto renewal
is disabled prior to the 19th.

As for the currency that was cancelled. There was a letter that went out regarding it which you mentioned. I'm not sure if you were aware of it or not but when purchasing content from the Marketplace you could have chosen to use the currency you had and
then paid the difference with your actual money.

I know that info is a little late in coming but at least you'll know for future reference.
