    Authorization problem for payment


    I'm trying to buy something on NHL 14. When I hit "confirm purchase" I get a message saying "Sorry, we couldn't get authorization for this." I tried using paypal and my debit card. I have sufficient funds and my billing address is correct. Not really sure
    what the problem is.

    I had this same exact problem for about a month. I contacted the support and told me in about 3 days or something they'll get it fixed. And it did get fixed. If you're trying to get something on sale or anything, then buy a gift card from Amazon or anything.
    I used gift cards to pay since I could't pay with my CC or Paypal.

    I bought prepaid cards through amazon without issue. I put them on my account without an issue. The issue occurs when trying to download DLC with money that is on the account, it isn't just a credit card or paypal issue. Our accounts have been blocked from
    making purchases. Many are having this issue now, just look at the thread in the last post I made in here it's crazy.

    If you believe that your account has been blocked, then contact the Xbox Support. They are the only ones that are able to fix that for you... I know you'll tell me they'll continue their "BS" routine but, I had the same problem, I was patient about their
    service, and I got everything working later on.
