    I bought large quantities of Xbox wireless controllers and headphones from an auction and I intend to sell them through Amazon. Amazon is now saying I need a letter from Microsoft authorising me to sell these products. Where do I get such authority?

    Your beef should be with Bethesda. They can authorize stores that sell their products to override the various refund policies if they deem it necessary. Epic did it when they abandoned the full-price model for Fortnite, for instance.
